This client wanted to create a retro chic atmosphere. A large kitchen so that he can cook for his friends; a big screen because he’s a big TV fan; lots of storage space for his many suits; a bright space for 100% teleworking and a spacious and luxurious bathroom! A challenge in just 30m2! Imitation of marble in the kitchen and bathroom, wooden strips on the wall, thick & beautiful fabrics, and wallpaper with gold inlays for a eye-catching touch.  

In this cramped, partitioned 30m2 flat, we completely opened up the living area to create a convivial kitchen opening onto a living room with a teleworking area. Everything communicates in this unique space, but each zone is clearly defined to create a feeling of diversity and amplitude. Second-hand materials, DIY... The result is quite stunning!
